It uses grants, donations and government funding to operate several Life Enrichment Centers and deliver community-based services. Seniors can contact FSS for information and referrals related to long-term care. Care management services are available along with transportation, nutritional services and other supports. FSS sponsors free and low-cost fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, tai chi, aerobics and line dancing.

It’s sponsored by the Atlanta Regional Commission, which is home to the local Aging and Disability Resource Center.
