Applications can be picked up in person at a variety of locations, including the Kitsap Library and all Meals on Wheels sites as well as downloaded online and printed out. Completed applications must be returned via U.S. mail. 
Kitsap Transit ACCESS(360) 377-7176Qualified seniors and those with disabilities who are unable to use regular transit can get transportation to destinations within Kitsap County. Participants must complete an application and be approved prior to using this service. Applications are available online for printout, or seniors can pick them up at the transit office. Rides must be scheduled in advance. The service is available Monday through Saturday, and the hours of operation vary per location. 
Northwest Justice Project (888) 387-7111Kitsap County seniors aged 60 and over may be eligible for certain legal services from the Northwest Justice Project. Covered areas include consumer protection, housing/tenants’ rights, health care directives, and Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security. Services can be accessed by telephone Monday through Friday from 9:15 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. or through an online portal at any time.
