Biloxi Assisted Living Financial Assistance

The Mississippi Division of Medicaid offers an assisted-living waiver for low-income or very-low-income seniors and who, if not for the assistance offered, would require admittance to a nursing care facility. This waiver provides qualified beneficiaries with the opportunity to live in a state-licensed Personal Care Home-Assisted Living Facility (PCH – AL) that is approved as a Medicaid provider. Some of the services include help with activities of daily living (ADL), attendant care and transportation to medical appointments.
