Welcome to Woodpecker Hill Nursing Home! Woodpecker Hill Health Center joined the Health Concepts family of caregivers in 2009. Since that time, our 41-bed nursing center has been renovated with the ultimate in comfort and state-of-the-art health care in mind. We are proud to help the people of Greene and surrounding communities live their best life possible, in keeping with the goal of being a good neighbor that was founded with Woodpecker Hill more than 60 years ago.
