Rates and Payment Options
As a Lifecare Resident at Willow Valley, a one-time entrance fee and a monthly service fee are assessed. These are determined by the choices you make regarding residence and entrance fee refund option. The monthly fee includes dining (depending on residence selected), all of our world-class amenities, maintenance, utilities (except cable and telephone), and access to 24-hour nursing. The one-time entrance fee assures the provision of Lifecare’s full continuum of high quality care without having to move from your community, family or friends. It’s a promise that protects our Residents from the escalating cost of catastrophic long-term health care events. The one-time entrance fee and a portion of the monthly service fee are both considered health care expenditures and, as such, qualify as Federal tax deductions. The 2008 allowances for a couple were $33,686 and $1,278 per month, respectively, and $31,368 and $965 per month for a single Resident. Please contact us for more information on our fees and options.
