Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting monthly rate $2380 (add $550 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes two meals daily, weekly housekeeping, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, complimentary laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, cable TV, off-street parking, maintenance, and all utilities except private telephone.
