A one person family is only eligible to rent a one bedroom and two person family is eligible to rent a one bedroom or a two bedroom. A three person household is only eligible to rent a two bedroom

Schedule of Fees and Payments
Waiting lists are now forming for all units. We require an estimated maximum household annual income to qualify by apartment type, (Income must be verified during the application process). To qualify, your family must meet the standards established by the new Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. Tenants will be selected by lottery from eligible applicants who fully complete the rental application. And as a reminder all applicants must be 55 or older.

Income Levels
A one person family is only eligible to rent a one bedroom and a two person family is eligible to rent a one bedroom or a two bedroom. A three person household is only eligible to rent a two bedroom.
To Qualify:
1. Your family must meet the standards established by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing.
2. Eligible applicants who fully complete the preliminary application will have their names added to the waiting list.
3. You must be age 55 or older.
