PRICING INFORMATION FOR VAN MALL
Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting monthly rate $1920 (add $500 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, complimentary laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, cable TV, reserved parking, maintenance, and all utilities except private telephone.
