As a Continuing Care Retirement Center (CCRC), University Place offers a complete continuum of care, which allows for rehabilitation from injury or health situation with Personal Assistance Services (PAS), UP's personal assistance program.
In many cases, these services enable residents to recuperate in his or her own apartment and once recuperated, return to normal, active lifestyles. For those residents who need regular or full-time care, our personal assistance apartments and nursing center offer progressive assistance in attractive and favorable surroundings.
University Place Nursing Center (UPNC) opened in 1996 and provides skilled and long-term care in a warm and gracious environment. Residents enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment. Its 60 licensed beds include 16 Medicare skilled beds.

9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
Parking:
Complimentary valet parking and covered parking for residents. Guest may use valet parking. Open parking spaces east of the front entrance of the retirement center and in front of the nursing center are also available.
