Tudor Oaks is a Continuing Care Retirement Community offering three levels of quality care, and peace of mind. Selecting a retirement community suited to your lifestyle and needs is an important decision. By choosing Tudor Oaks with the Financial Security of a 90% Refundable Program and an Inclusive Service Package, Plus a $1,000 monthly discount when moving to another level of care within our community, you will be making a wise investment.
Independent Living
The 90% Refundable Program with an Inclusive Service Package has a one time Entrance Fee attached to the style of apartment. The one time fee starts at $59,900. Monthly Service Fees start at $1,495. Plus, as different levels of care are needed a Monthly Discount of $1,000 applies as you move to another level of care within the community.

Independent Living with Supportive Services Program
When living independently would be easier with occasional help, Tudor Oaks has a solution. Our Independent Living with Supportive Services program offers services suited to your own preferences and needs. Your independence will be prolonged by caring staff that can provide help for up to 28 hours a week for a variety of needs such as bathing, dressing, and medication setup. Services are provided under a watchful care of a licensed nurse that provides ongoing assessment of your needs, a personalized service plan, and ongoing communication with your physician, and other medical professionals. Since the program is registered with the State of Wisconsin as an RCAC (Residential Care Adult Community), you have the assurance of knowing that it meets approved guidelines and standards.
RCAC Monthly Fee: $50 added to your regular independent living monthly fee. Do vision problems create difficulty in reading pill bottles and doctor's instructions? A nurse is available to set up medications on a weekly or monthly basis. If getting in and out of the bathtub has become difficult, we can assist you. You choose from a list of an ala carte menu of billable services that best fit your needs.
Assisted Living - Windsor House
Whether it is personal grooming, dispensing medications, changing linens or preparing meals, our Assisted Living program can be customized to an individual's needs without compromising dignity or independence. Each of the apartment units include a tea kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, bathroom and a living/sleeping room. Most units are designed to accommodate a single resident, however, we have units which can accommodate couples or significant others. All three meals and a variety of fun activities are provide in a large beautiful Great Room.
Assisted Living Monthly Fees range from $2,300 - $4,000 (depending upon size of apartment).

State of Wisconsin Bed Assessment
The State of Wisconsin has imposed a $75 per month assessment on nursing home beds. All beds in the Tudor oaks Health Center are subject to this assessment fee. We, therefore, must charge this fee. The assessment will be added to your bill at the rate of $75.00 per month. Medicare-covered days are not charged this assessment.
Ancillary Charges
Also added to your monthly bill will be, charges for supplies, and, as applicable, charges for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. A price list itemizing these charges is available upon request.
