Town Center Village is pleased to offer our residents an outstanding daily calendar of wellness programs, social activities and educational opportunities (such as joggin' the noggin) that enrich lives on a daily basis. We offer programs that are designed specifically for mature adults looking to continue their active lifestyles. Town Center Village has been recognized for its contributions to the senior community by hosting the senior Olympic games and city wide billiards tournament. As a resident at Town Center Village you will enjoy full access to the Clubhouse and all activities.

The Clubhouse features a 25 yard indoor lap pool, fitness training equipment, cardio exercise equipment, a meeting room, sauna, spa, tanning bed and outpatient therapy clinics. The Clubhouse is a member of the International Health and Racket Sports Association (IHRSA) and offers quality services and programs including a reciprocal-access guest program that gives members access to over 2,000 IHRSA clubs worldwide.
