The Village at 46th & Ten is a modern senior living community for New Yorkers who love the culture of New York, value diversity and cherish their independence. Our contemporary community, located in midtown Manhattan, provides apartment living with a host of hospitality services.
In our residence, you get 24-hour Concierge Services. Just pick up the house phone and someone is there. Enjoy the sights of the city from our spacious roof terrace. Our residents take part in a variety of activities. Join our acting class, or maybe vocal coaching is something you would like. Start your day with our exercise classes, and join in for cultural excursions, educational lectures, art classes and movies that range from vintage classics to the currently popular. Restaurant-style meals are served by friendly and attentive wait staff.
There is a Licensed Home Care Agency available on site to provide support on a fee-for-service basis. Residents have the option of choosing from three care plans, which meet varying levels of need. These packages are available for those with a low need level to those with more comprehensive care requirements who need greater assistance.
