Directions
Southbound on Aurora Ave (99s). Exit to Dexter Way 1/10th of a mile south of the Aurora Bridge, just after the Hillside Motel. At the stop sign turn left onto Dexter. Take a soft left onto Sixth Avenue. At the next stop sign turn left onto Halladay and take a quick left onto Birch Street. Drive straight ahead to The Viewpointe.
Southbound or Northbound I-5. Take the Mercer St. Exit #167. Turn left onto Fairview Ave. and go south one block to Republican. Right on Republican to Aurora Ave. N. (99). Travel one mile north to The Viewpointe.

MONTHLY FEES
The Viewpointe requires a Community Fee of $500 prior to occupancy. This is a one time fee that is used by The Viewpointe to help offset the cost of furnishing and maintaining shared common areas, such as the dining room, library, and social room. The Community Fee is refundable on a pro-rated basis if the resident is discharged or wishes to leave within the first three months of occupancy.
