We create a secure, homelike environment with support services to enhance the well being of our residents. Our specialized Alzheimer's care program is called Bridge to Rediscovery. This innovative memory care program - exclusive to Five Star Senior Living communities - has been honored with multiple "Best of the Best" awards from the Assisted Living Federation of America.
Bridge to Rediscovery was inspired by the Montessori-style approach to education. We celebrate the spirit within each resident through personalized activities that encourage creativity and self-expression. The Haven is committed to maintaining on-site licensed nursing around the clock because we know and believe in the difference it makes in the overall care of our residents. The experience and knowledge provided by our Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses are important in communicating changes in care and needs to both physicians and families.
We feel certain that resident and family member comfort is at its highest level knowing that a caring qualified nurse is leading a care-giving team every day on every shift.
