Our assisted living residents at The Forum at The Woodlands live in their own private apartment within our community so that they have the support and services they need, while continuing to be as independent and active as possible.
At The Forum at The Woodlands, Bridge to Rediscovery, our Alzheimer’s and Memory Care program, encourages independence, rediscovery and exploration, all in a secure and caring environment.
Along with providing daily living assistance and coordinating any necessary medical care, we are dedicated to addressing our residents’ cognitive needs. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care.
