The Alpha Building
This one story building with patios has 101 units as follows: 40 studios, 50 one bedroom and 11 two bedroom units. Heating and Air-conditioning are included. This building has no meal plan, however meals are available for delivery.

The rent is the basic rent or 30% of their monthly income, whichever is greater. Rent includes all utilities.
The Gamma Building
This is a two story building with elevators; the first floor units have patios. The 150 units are as follows: 50 studios, 90 one bedroom and 10 two bedroom units. Heating and Air-conditioning are included. There is a mandatory meal service in this building with a minimum of 10 dinners per month.
To qualify for the Gamma Building your income cannot exceed:

The Epsilon Building
This is a two story building with elevators, but no patios. The 100 units are as follows: 95 one bedroom and 5 two bedroom units. Heating and Air-conditioning is included.
The Epsilon building offers a Section 8/202 subsidy. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income cannot exceed $24,450 for and individual and $27,950 for a couple. Residents pay 30% of their monthly income. This includes all utilities. This building has a dining Room where dinner is served Monday-Friday.
The Drake Building
This is a two-story building with elevators. The 102 units are as follows: 97 one bedroom and 5 two bedroom units.
Drake Road Campus on Drake road between Grand River and Freedom Road .
The Drake Building offers a Section 8/202 subsidy. To qualify for this subsidy your annual income cannot exceed $24,450 for an individual and $27,950 for a couple.
Residents pay 30% of their monthly income. This includes heat. Residents pay their own electric bills but receive an allowance for electricity.
There is no meal plan available for this building. Residents must supply their own air-conditioner. Enhanced services are offered at this location on a limited weekly basis.
Haworth Respite Care
The Haworth Center offers respite care for that transitional step between hospital and home. This service is available to both Manor and non-Manor seniors 62 and older.
