TELACU Del Rio is a 69-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a few blocks away from the 5, 60 and 605 freeways in the city of Pico Rivera and within walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters and medical clinics. We have on-site laundry facilities, a community garden, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment.
