Welcome to TELACU-La Amistad TELACU La Amistad is an 89-unit senior, low-income senior housing community located just a few blocks away from the 210 freeway in the city of San Bernardino and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Highland Senior Center, a medical center, medical clinics and public transportation. We have on-site laundry facilities, a community garden, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment.
