Sweetgrass Court is an Alzheimer's Memory Care senior living community.
At Sweetgrass Court, our unique approach to caring for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory loss includes helping each person continue to engage in activities and with others to rediscover skills and interests, and to reach their highest potential at that moment.
At Sweetgrass Court we offer Bridge to Rediscovery, a program that celebrates life through rediscovery. This innovative program uses a Montessori-style approach that keeps residents engaged with the world around them and helps them rediscover joy in everyday life. Activities are designed to promote cognitive, sensory, creative and physical skills. Each staff member receives intensive training specifically in Alzheimer’s care and the Bridge to Rediscovery program.
We also provide daily living assistance and the coordination of any necessary medical care. We assess each resident -- with their family -- prior to move-in and regularly thereafter, to determine the level and type of care needed.
