Come kick back in this prestigious and greatly desired waterfront home on the Guadalupe River/Lake McQueeney, which is nestled in amongst an historic pecan grove, providing the vast surrounding area with a cool and shady country setting located just minutes from New Braunfels' city limits. The high-end furnishings, five-star Churchill of England hotel china and Ralph Lauren linens are sure to satisfy the most discriminating occupant. Relax during the day on the manicured, plush lawn, while you enjoy the waterfront activities: fishing, swimming, canoeing, dominoes, chess, cards; OR for the very active retiree: jet and water skiing, boating, yachting and para sailing/skiing. These activities can also be enjoyed by your visiting family members, which yields some extraordinary quality visits, while creating some picture-perfect memories. Available also is a private boat launch on the premises, so you or your family members can bring a boat for some great fishing or skiing. Your grandchildren can swing off of the rope swing into the water.
