Thank you for your interest in St. Paul Apartments and Village. We are a retirement community designed for those persons 62 and over who value an independent lifestyle. We are located in the beautiful historic district of Macon where Residents can easily walk or take public transportation to may community facilities. Entertainment, churches, the public library, Post Office, hospitals, and other services are within a few blocks.

At both SPA and SPV, the rental amount is based on your income. We have an optional luncheon meal program served Monday-Friday and a full range of activities and services for your convenience and enjoyment.
