Cottage Homes
Set in their own beautifully landscaped cul-de-sacs, The Cottages at Springwood
are truly reminiscent of neighborhood living. These one level duplexes with
bright, open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchens, walk-in
closets and attached garages offer comfortable living that makes an easy
transition from your current home. All of the cottages have two bedrooms and two
baths, a covered patio, laundry room, smoke detectors and emergency call system.

Fountains Apartments
The Fountains at Springwood, the newest addition to the Springwood Campus,
offers maintenance-free living for the active senior. Spacious one and two
bedroom and one bedroom with den apartments come complete with patio or balcony,

that lets you decide what you want and need. At The Fountains, you can be as
active or relaxed as you like. With affordable luxury and maintenance-free

Springwood Apartments

thoughtfully arranged, these one and two bedroom apartments are sure to make you
feel at home. Each apartment has a nicely appointed, all electric kitchen so you
can continue to prepare those special family recipes if you so choose. Large,
bright windows, walk in closets and an emergency call system for your peace of
mind. Most apartments have a patio or balcony that will accommodate container
gardens or quiet enjoyment of our soft, Colorado evenings.
Parking is available just outside your home, with the option of selecting
covered parking for a small additional cost. Bi-weekly housekeeping and weekly

Nightingale Suites offers high quality assisted living

staff, according to each resident's individual care plan. Residents may also
receive regular blood pressure checks, weight and diet evaluations and other
valuable screenings and exams from health care professionals.
We take pride in the variety of social and recreational
opportunities available to Nightingale Suites residents. Each day presents an
array of activities and events under the leadership of our experienced Activity
Director. The popular exercise/fitness programs are designed to improve
circulation, flexibility, muscle tone and self-image - while being fun!
Residents also enjoy music programs, movies, games and visiting lecturers.
Three delicious meals are prepared by our award-winning

Nightingale Lane, Memory Care Assisted Living
Nightingale Lane received an award for being the most
dynamic, timely and innovative community of its kind created for the senior with
Alzheimer's and related dementia. This uniquely designed environment provides
your loved one with a private apartment and at the same time integrates them
into a village-like community.
Every day an attentive and experienced staff helps residents participate in
activities that are emotionally soothing, as well as mentally and physically
stimulating. By design, even our floor plan encourages residents to participate
in
numerous diverse activities to lift the spirit. You will share in the sense of
satisfaction and comfort your family member feels as he or she is gently guided
to have a full and happy day. Our professional staff expect that the residents
will need some assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing and medication
management so those are included in our basic monthly fee. Each resident has
their own care plan designed to carefully meet their needs.
Nightingale Lane at Springwood provides a comforting environment. All the
private apartments open into the great room where your loved one can socialize
with other residents in the living room, kitchen or dining area. He or she may
chose to participate in a painting class with a volunteer from the Alzheimer's
Association program: Memories in the Making; stimulating activities in the Ice
Cream Parlor; watching the lovely birds in the Aviary; or taking a stroll in the
secured outside walking area to view the gazebo or gardens. Exercise classes,
music programs, twice weekly scenic drives, religious services and
