RESERVATION
A $500 deposit will secure
a reservation at Somerset Gardens. The deposit holds a selected room type for
up to two weeks and fully refundable or deducted from the first month’s rent
upon admission.

COUNTRY COTTAGE*
Our Country Cottage was created to offer specialized care
to residents with dementia and related diseases in a secure, highly-monitored
environment. Somerset Gardens’ specially-trained staff offers each resident
encouragement and assistance with activities of daily living. Unique programs
have been designed to increase physical activity in addition to enhancing and
stimulating cognitive abilities. An enclosed courtyard offers security and
independence in a park-like setting. Geriatric physicians, psychiatrists,
podiatrists, physical therapists and other experts visit our community
regularly. Private and semi-private accommodations are subject to availability.
The prices reflect a daily rate.

RESIDENT FEE
At the time of admission, new residents pay a one-time fee
in
the amount of one month’s rent to be used for capital
improvements and resident amenities. This fee is refundable on a prorated basis
through the first 30 days of occupancy, after proper notice as set forth in the
Admission Agreement.

Completion of a Residency
Reservation along with a $500 deposit will secure a reservation at Somerset
