Signature Pointe is among a new generation of communities
with specifically designed facilities and programs to address the needs of
residents with Alzheimer's disease and memory loss. We offer a full continuum of
care from early and mid-stage programs to a full-skilled nursing program for
more intense care in our Health and Wellness Building.
The Alzheimer's assisted living floor is specially designed with the focus of a
home environment. There is a living room and family-style dining room, as well
as a country kitchen for supervised baking, a small library for relaxation, and
other activities to allow residents to participate in familiar and comforting
tasks. Our caregivers meet our residents where they are-in their worlds and in
their time.
Located on the same floor as the assisted living, the certified skilled nursing
section offers care and activities appropriate to residents with late-stage
Alzheimer's disease. Residents participate in activities that provide sensory
stimulation and encourage use of skills and family members are encouraged to
take part in activities and help develop the plan of care.
These
spacious one or two-bedroom independent living apartments, most with a private
deck or patio and many with a walk-in closet, feature a variety of upscale
