Sierra Pointe, Scottsdale's luxurious rental retirement community, located at the corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. and Raintree Drive, offers a new choice in rental retirement living. The 216-unit upscale apartment community provides the services and amenities of a world-class resort for senior retirees who seek a carefree, active lifestyle without the burden of significant upfront costs and commitments.

Featuring breathtaking views of the nearby McDowell Mountains, Sierra Pointe offers 189 bright and spacious independent-living apartments with the choice of seven one and two-bedroom Independent Living floor plans ranging from 568 to 1455 square feet. All Independent Living apartments have a patio or balcony and most offer a mountain or scenic courtyard view. All Independent Living apartments include a refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and a washer and dryer. Cable television, phone jacks and data ports are installed in principle rooms. For residents who need aid with activities of daily living, 27 assisted living apartments offer services provided by fully licensed personnel. Transportation is provided by the community's own elegant limousine and two mini-buses.

Apartments cluster around three landscaped courtyards, one showcasing a full-size heated swimming pool and spa. Inside, you will find additional amenities such as:
