The Seasons Difference
Seasons by Riviera is the area's only stand alone memory care community. We're specially built to accommodate the changing needs of residents with Alzheimer's and related cognitive impairments. Our Care Coordinator and their team of specially trained caregivers insure a seamless transition to our community.
Comfortable Neighborhoods
Our community is purposely built to be small and comfortable, with no more than 10 residents in each of our four neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is clustered around a common living area and dinning room, and feature several “life stations” where residents are encouraged to engage in everyday activities including laundry, sewing, and caregiving. Outside each bedroom at Seasons are memory boxes, in which families are encouraged to display photos and memorabilia highlighting special people and events in their loved one's life. All of this is done so that residents feel comfortable and familiar in their new home.
Exceptional Care
Care plans are personalized for each resident and are determined through regularly scheduled assessments with doctor and family input. Services are scheduled taking a resident's capabilities and interests into consideration. We remain in constant communication with our families, working hard to guarantee their peace of mind.
Our staff receive specialized training so that they fully understand the special needs of residents with Alzheimer's Disease and other cognitive impairments. They are respectful of residents and go above and beyond to insure their comfort and dignity.
