Independent Living
Scripps Kensington offers 122 independent living accommodations within three residential buildings and two freestanding cottages. Studio, one and two-bedroom floor plans are available.
Assisted Living
We are home to 75 assisted living accommodations within three residential halls in both studio and one-bedroom floor plans.
Cummings Care Center
With a total of 99 beds in private and semi-private rooms, the Cummings Care Center offers around-the-clock medical supervision from our highly trained and caring staff. We are both a Medicare and MediCal provider.

While conveniently located near shopping and entertainment, Scripps Kensington maintains a charming natural atmosphere. The grounds are expansive, with fruit trees, flowers, and fountains. Residents enjoy the well landscaped campus from their very own patios, our lovely walkways, or any of our numerous benches. To create an overall feeling of intimacy, Scripps Kensington is organized into residential community clusters, each with its own family style dining area. The entire community is on a single level with no elevators or stairs. Covered walkways crisscross the grounds, offering protection from sun and rain.
