Welcome to Schwenckfeld Manor! Schwenckfeld Manor is a subsidized, affordable housing, residential community with age and income qualifications for residency. You must be at least 62 years old or at least 18 years old and in need of a handicap-accessible apartment. Your present income cannot exceed limits set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
