Respite Care

At Savannah Court, we understand the importance of caring for a loved one at for long as possible. We also acknowledge the needs of families that are providing this care. Our respite program is designed with you in mind. Respite care simply provides short -- term care for your loved one without the long -- term commitment of moving to an assisted living community. It is available when needed by family members.

Savannah Court's Respite Program offers 24 -- hour access to staff and is designed for seniors appropriate for assisted living. We also offer short -- term stays for those discharged from hospital who do not require skilled nursing care but who do need our oversight and assistance. In addition, families who function as primary caregivers may, on occasion, need to be way from home and require a safe and home -- like environment for their loved one while away.

Respite Care at Savannah Court offers the same full array of services that's available to our permanent residents.

Day Services

Much like Savannah Court's Respite Care we offer full or half -- day services. Designed to support caregiver families, day services offer an environment change for your loved one without relocating.

As the need of your loved ones increase, Savannah Court locations in Maitland and the Palm Beaches, Florida, offer skilled nursing care. Savannah Cove is our specialized area, which provides nursing care in an atmosphere encouraging the emotional health of residents while tending to their physical well -- being. Individualized care planning and regular health assessments are an integral part of the Savannah Cove program.

When Savannah Court isn't enough, there is a Savannah Cottage located near or within most Savannah Courts. Savannah Cottage is clam, friendly place for those who lived with Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders. Our residents find truly supportive care here.

At Savannah Cottage, we consistently integrate findings from the most up -- to -- date studies into our program, enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

We have well -- trained and caring staff who implement various activities to stimulate communication and function. Exercise of mind and body, as well as socialization and creative activities, are part of every day routine. Each day is enriched by tactile, memory and physical stimulation.

Savannah Cottage has a well -- appointed dinning room and activity center. The comfortable hallways and relaxing garden provide ample space to walk in all kinds of weather.
