Who is Eligible?
To qualify for residency at San Jose Manor, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age and must meet income limitations established by the Government for rent assistance eligibility. Income limits are adjusted annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to reflect changes in the median family wage for Duval County.
What is the Cost?
