Choose from eighty-nine attractive apartments, each with its own balcony or patio. Each studio, one or two-bedroom apartment comes with a fully appointed bath, wall-to-wall carpeting, a cozy convenient kitchenette, emergency monitoring system, and hookups for your telephone and cable TV. With the addition of your own home furnishings and family treasures, you will feel right at home. The Elms community common areas include a finely appointed dining room, a crafts room, a library, a game room, an exercise room, and a spacious lounge for informal gatherings. At San Carlos Elms we know the importance of maintaining your health, so we have a Wellness Program designed with your health needs in mind. Monthly Service Fee
Studio Apartments, 350 (sq.ft.) from $3800 One-Bedroom Apartments, 450 (sq.ft.) from $4650 Two-Bedroom Apartments, 745 (sq.ft.) from $5520
(Limited amount of below market rate apartments available starting at $2500) An additional charge of $850 is assessed for a second-person occupancy to cover meals, housekeeping, and social programs. Under our Personalized Care Program, assisted living services are tailored to each resident's needs and are charged accordingly.
Assisted Living Services
San Carlos Elms offers a wide variety of services to assist residents with their daily lives. We offer assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, help with medications, and escorting to meals and activities if needed. You pay only for the services you need. All residents are evaluated before they move into San Carlos Elms. This evaluation determines the type of assistance, if any, that is required and the level of service fee. These fees are added to the monthly apartment rental fee. The level of service and monthly charges are as follows: Level 1: Medication - Once per day $250 Level 2: Light services $495 Level 3: Moderate services $785 Level 4: Heavy services $1180 Level 5: Specialized services $1595 Level 6: Premium Care $2095

Our pet friendly, home-like environment is beautifully appointed with elegant furnishings and décor, all within a specialized environment that boasts the latest in care technology.Our open design allows residents accessibility and comfort in the security of two unique Grove neighborhoods. By encouraging continuous client activity participation, in a calm environment, we enable residents to have reduced anxiety and increased quality of life.At the Grove, our focus is our residents and their engagement in our activity program. We believe an engaged resident is a happy resident. When a resident is in activities it can lower anxiety, decrease behaviors, reduce agitation, lessen wandering, diminish the need for medication, and enable better sleep and sleeping patterns.Our excellent program coupled with our wonderful environment and warm staff allows our residents to have a better quality of life.
