" First experience in communal living, in such close proximity with so variety of types!!! I do feel blessed with location to Farmers Market, four or five grocery markets, library, post office, coffee shops, bus terminal, train/railroad stop, music shop, super flea market (once a year in July), 'Woodward Cruise' (in the Fall), Beaumont Hospital (bypass) and especially appreciate having a laundromat on each floor. Security in numbers; no individual water, electric, and gas bills. Maintenance included.
