Welcome to Riverside Nursing & Rehab Center! Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Lewis-Thurston County since 1970. We are located along the Skookumchuck River within two miles of Providence Centralia Hospital and across the street from a church and a park. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
