Rio Vista is a three story building located in the heart of Mexican Town, a historic neighborhood. It is managed by CSI Support and Development Services. There is a large yard with a garden gazebo, two passenger elevators for the convenience of residents, ample gated parking, a large community room for gatherings, a cozy library, craft area and sundry room. Rent (including utilities) is 30% of income for those who qualify.
Because the building is a cooperative, residents have a say in the way their rent money is spent and in planning building activities. There is no purchase price and no association fees, a one - time $100 membership fee and monthly rent based on your income are all you pay.
