Assisted Living is not a nursing home, adult foster home or convalescent home although we do perform some of those functions. Assisted Living is for people who want to live independently but need help with some of the activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and household maintenance. Quarterly assessments conducted by our wellness staff assure that additional help is provided when appropriate.
Imagine a luxury cruise ship with additional personal services. Live in a private stateroom, dine restaurant style in an elegant dining room and participate in a host of social activities making new friends along the way.
Personal services from medication assistance to escorts to dining and activities can be added any time needs or desires change.

Kingswood Court is a secure memory care community designed to create a successful and supportive environment for individuals suffering from all forms of dementia. The staff at Kingswood Court is specially trained to provide residents with compassionate care in a dignified and comfortable, yet safe and secure, home-like environment.
The community features a circular floor plan to enable our residents and allow them the independence to walk and wander safely. Our secure outdoor courtyard provides residents with a greater sense of freedom and has a way-finding path to help orient them.
Kingswood Court also features neighborhood murals, presenting visual cues to stimulate memory. Each mural creates interactive memory and reminiscence opportunities to help our residents remember familiar daily activities such as shopping at the grocery, hardware or fabric stores or going to the post office or movie theater.
We understand that each resident is unique, which is why a specialized service plan is designed and tailored to meet your loved one's individual needs.
Respite and Adult Day Care
All that Regency Palms has to offer, for as long as you need it...
Respite and adult day care is a short-term stay in a fully-furnished apartment, from just a few hours or up to 90 days. Our programs allow the caregiver time away from the heavy demands placed on them when caring for another and is a great way to experience our Regency Palms lifestyle. Adult day care is charged by the hour or full day. Respite care is charged by the week. The primary reasons for a respite stay are to ease the transition from hospital to home, or to provide an alternative living situation in the event a primary caregiver is temporarily unavailable. Respite and adult day care residents receive the same services, care and personal treatment that our long-term residents receive.
