Our live-in management team is here to assist with most any event or emergency, 24/7. And our in-house chef prepares three delectable meals from scratch each day, served in our beautiful dining room. The Parkwood grounds are lovely and tranquil: beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers highlight our ten acres, which feature a number of excellent walking paths. Our park-like setting has gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains, with a stunning view of Pikes Peak from the third-floor dining room. While we are set in a quiet, residential area, we're still close to the great activity and amenities of Fort Collins, including a major university, good shopping and superior public parks and recreation - most just minutes away! Golf enthusiasts can find two golf courses within two miles, and there is a lovely park for walks just minutes from home. Sightseeing, Rocky Mountain tours and the nearby senior center are just a few of our residents' favorite activities. Stop by anytime for a meal and a visit - we always enjoy meeting new friends.
