A limited number of apartments will be available at a reduced fee for seniors over the age of 62 and eligible for Medicaid assistance. All apartments are licensed for DSHS Medicaid/COPES. Contact COPES to determine your eligibility.
Well balanced meals are served three times daily in our beautiful dining rooms. Menu choices are varied and are developed with much input from our residents.
A private dining room is available, free of charge, so you may host parties for family and friends.
Games, outings and special events are coordinated by a trained Activity Specialist who works closely with our residents to provide fun and educational programs.
Each apartment comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, free cable TV, carpeting, mini-blinds and an emergency call system. Basic utilities are included in the monthly rent.
