Catered Living offers all the services of traditional Assisted Living... but with more stringent admissions criteria, particularly in the area of cognitive impairment. This elegant "Catered Living" is perfect for seniors who are cognitively alert but need some help in activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, or supervision of medications. Physical therapy is also available! The building has many beautiful public areas for the residents to avail themselves such as: a theatre, cafe-bar, library, wellness center, arts & crafts studio, large patio & secured garden with a walking path. Our objective is to provide an active, social environment where assistance is provided. The fully furnished studios & one-bedroom apartments are available on a monthly rental basis.

PALACE RENAISSANCE
The Palace Renaissance is for those who need the services of a more traditional Assisted Living Community. Set in an atmosphere of luxury, the Palace Renaissance has specialized staff and services catering to the needs of residents who are very frail, or suffer from Alzheimer's or dementia. Many programs are provided to encourage residents to socialize and to stimulate them both physically and mentally. Assistance is provided to help residents with the activities of daily living. Included in the fee are furnished studios, three meals a day, supervision of medications, supervised social activities, daily happy hour and lots of care!
