Apartments are based on a monthly rental, starting monthly rate $2885 (add $1,000 for double occupancy).
Monthly rent includes three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, complimentary laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, cable TV, off-street parking, maintenance, and all utilities except telephone.
