At New Horizon, we provide a warm environment where friendships can grow. A full-time director plans activities where residents with similar interests come together.

Activities include weekly classes in basic computer skills, arts & crafts, cooking, and music that are catered to developing an array of talents. From social events to educational classes to cultural outings, there is something for everybody.

New Horizon offers private rooms and shared rooms for a fixed monthly base rate. Monthly care fees are additional and are dependent upon the needs of your loved one. Please see below for more details.

• Room and Board (includes room furnishings)
• Three Nutritious Meals per Day
• Coffee and Snacks (served twice a day in between meals)
• Personalized Care Plan
• Medication Management
• Assistance with all Activities of Daily Living – showering, grooming, transferring, incontinent care, etc.
• Regular Housekeeping and Laundry Services
• Transportation to Medical Appointments (additional charge for distances farther than 7 miles from the facility)
• Activities and Outings (some outings may require residents to pay a small portion of the cost)
• Internet Access
