Skilled & Intermediate Care Nursing Facility
This 42 bed unit offers rehabilitation services by our Physical, Occupational and Speech therapist as well as skilled nursing. We accept Medicare, Insurance, Veteran benefits, Hospice and Medicaid
Fee Schedule:
- Semi-Private room $195 per day
The Ortho Center
The Ortho Center is a separate inpatient orthopedic rehabilitation unit. This program offers our guests intense short term rehabilitation in a relaxed home like environment following an orthopedic procedure.
Orthopedic Unit:
- Semi-Private room $300 per day
- Private room $350 per day
