The newly renovated LaBelle Towers located on Woodward Avenue across from Highland Park Place and Model-T Plaza and down the street from Aldis. This friendly, affordable cooperative for seniors has undergone a one-and-a-half million dollar building upgrade which includes renovated units, new windows, laundry facilities on each floor, an all new exterior, new landscaping and more. Rent is charged on a sliding scale based on income, utilities are free. As a member, you have a voice in management. Building members make and enforce their own rules and there are plenty of activities for everyone. LaBelle Towers is an equal housing opportunity and part of the CSI Support and Development Services which means that members work together to keep their home clean and safe.
