Grayson House Assisted Living Residence at Keystone Woods offers apartment – style studio, one bedroom and two – bedroom conventional assisted living units and a limited number of Alzheimer's and memory enhancement units. All of the conventional assisted living units feature: a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and cabinets; individual bathrooms; private bedrooms; a living room area; individual temperature controls; plenty of closet space; and in many cases, a patio or balcony. The Alzheimer's/memory enhancement units are more modest in size to better accommodate the daily living activity challenges faced by memory – impaired individuals. The Alzheimer's assisted living units are located in a separate, distinct, secure wing of Keystone Woods.

All of our apartments are offered on a month – to – month rental basis. Residents and their families do not have to be concerned about long – term or complicated leases.

Residents may choose from nine beautifully designed floor plans, including several handicapped – accessible units. Each style includes a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and private bath. Many of our apartments also offer a patio and balcony. A full service package is offered including housekeeping, transportation, beauty and barber services as well as a fitness area. Should assisted living services ever be needed, residents will have priority access to our on – site assisted living residence, Keystone Woods at Keystone Woods.
