Jarvis House is a 39 unit, four-story elevator building with one-bedroom and studio apartments located in Chicago’s beautiful East Rogers Park neighborhood. The building is conveniently located near CTA bus lines (147 Express, 151 Local Sheridan Road) and the Jarvis stop on the Red Line "L." Newly renovated laundry room and community room is available for resident activities. The building is managed by Housing Management Services of CJE SeniorLife. A Service Coordinator is available to assist residents in obtaining available services.

Head of household must be 62 years or older. All rents are subsidized by the federal government under the HUD Section 8 program. Households pay no more than 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
