Our beautiful new residence, located in a natural wooded setting, is just minutes from St. Mary's Medical Center and Athens Regional Medical Center. Our climate-controlled bus will be available to take you to your scheduled appointments, shopping and outings. There will be a beauty/barber shop on-site for your convenience.

Iris Place offers spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments as well as, garden suites and cottages. Each apartment features private bath with either a walk-in shower or tub/shower combination, individual heating/air conditioning and an apartment size refrigerator. For our apartment residents we provide three delicious meals each day served in our lovely dining room. Our cottage and garden suite residents are provided one meal of their choice each day. For all our residents we provide weekly housekeeping and linen service, basic cable television and all utilities (except personal telephone).

With our wonderful location, superb accommodations, and excellent services, we are just what you are looking for.
