Homeplace Terrace - For Residents Needing Specialty Care Due to Alzheimer's Disease or other Memory-Loss Conditions

Homeplace Terrace offers private and companion suites in a home-like environment dedicated to individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other memory-loss disorders in a secure and self-contained wing. Recognizing each individual's physical, mental and social needs we provide an environment where residents maintain their optimal level of self-care and independence for as long as possible.

Our trained professional staff will closely monitor individualized care plans and provide compassionate, caring service required each day. Specially designed activity programs and activities are conducted by a full-time Certified Activities Coordinator to focus on nurturing each resident. Residents residing in the Terrace also have their own common living and dinning areas, as well as a large, enclosed courtyard so they may continue to enjoy the great outdoors.

Homeplace Terrace residents receive the same service and amenities as the Assisted Living residents at Homeplace, all within the security of a self-contained area with secure entries. Our highly trained healthcare team is committed to improving the quality of life of our residents and the personal and emotional support of the families.

Family members are encouraged to attend support groups because of importance of their continuing involvement with staff in the care of loved ones. We offer regular counseling to families and included opportunities for interaction with staff, professionals and other caregivers. Our caring staff is provided with on-going education to assist them in meeting the changing needs of each resident.
