Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
For those residents with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia-related illnesses, Hibiscus Court proudly offers Garden Care, a self-contained, secure neighborhood within the community. Our program is designed to address the special needs of these residents and foster the continuation of life's activities. Residents of Garden Care experience a sense of satisfaction and usefulness, as we encourage them to reach beyond what they thought possible.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Pricing
Hibiscus Court requires a refundable $500 deposit to reserve an apartment in the community. Upon execution of a resident lease agreement, the reservation fee transfers to a non-refundable application fee.
Upon move-in, an additional $1000 security deposit is required.
Monthly Service Fee
Hibiscus Court's monthly rate includes private apartment, three meals daily, level one care assistance, entertaining events, transportation to doctors appointments and shopping trips, stimulating activities, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service, as well as other service.

Resident Care
The first step in providing excellent care to each resident is the proper assessment of his / her needs and determining what levels of assistance are required. At the time of admission, and periodically during your stay, we perform a comprehensive assessment of your needs and develop a program to meet those needs. Based on the assessment a service level if determined and an additional charge is assessed as follows:
Level One
Basic rate at no additional charge
Level Two
Additional charge of $350 / mo.
Level Three
Additional charge of $600 / mo.
Level Four
Additional charge of $800 / mo.
Level Five
Additional charge of $1000 / mo.
Wellness Center
A comprehensive wellness program is available in our community. This program is intended to provide therapies that address basic activities of daily living like: Walking, fall prevention, fine motor dexterity, self-care and independent activities, to individuals who desire to improve independence and quality of life.
Respite Care (5 day minimum)
Hibiscus Court can provide temporary care and support during times of illness, after hospitalization or during a family trip.

Alzheimer's care provided as long as ALF requirements are met. (i.e walking / transfer and not a threat to self of others).
