Heritage Village at Seabreeze is conveniently located at 1031 Newark Avenue North, approximately ½ mile east of Lacey Road in the Township of Lacey, Ocean County. We are about 1 mile from the Garden State Parkway exit 74.
We offer 86 one bedroom apartments and 14 two bedroom apartments with no buy in fees. One-bedroom 1-bath homes are approximately 700 sq. ft. Two-bedroom 1-bath homes are approximately 1,000 sq. ft. Water and sewer are included in the rent. Residents will be responsible for all other utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable TV (if applicable)). There is ample off street parking on site. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a vehicle to take our residents to recreational activities, shopping, etc. on a scheduled basis. In addition, the County Transportation System (Ocean Ride) offers residents transportation throughout the County and roundtrip transportation to personal appointments based on a reservation system at a nominal fee. The Township of Lacey is free from many of the problems of living in a large metropolitan area. There is on-site management and a superintendent living on-site. The super is available 24 hours every day for emergencies. There is a secure entry system with video monitoring. Pets are Welcome w/ a one time pet fee assessed at lease signing.
