The building has 71 one-bedroom apartments, a beauty shop, laundry rooms and a community room. Sears Essentials is not far away, the grocery store and pharmacies are close too. Our building van goes on planned trips, such as Frankenmuth and Canterberry Crossing… make suggestions, you may go there too. Our beautiful grounds are very relaxing, come by and see our grounds for yourself.
Our community is a great place to live. The co-op lifestyle allows us to meet new friends, have an active role in our building decisions. Our purpose is to encourage members to work toward the advancement of the whole day sharing experiences and talents. Residents take part in all of the day -to -day affairs of the building. We just picked out our new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, kitchen and bathroom vinyl floors and new carpet too. As a co-op we also had the opportunity to pick out the color of the new vinyl siding and new windows too.
