Apartments are based on a monthly rental, monthly starting rates $2040 (add $500 for double occupancy) .
Monthly rent includes 3 meals daily, weekly housekeeping, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, social and recreational programs, scheduled transportation, laundry facilities, unlimited use of all activity areas, expanded cable TV, maintenance, off-street parking, extra storage, and all utilities except private telephone.
